Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Icing**

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of sugar.
  2. 1/2 cup softened butter.
  3. 2 eggs.
  4. 1 and 1/2 cups of flour.
  5. 3/4 cup cocoa powder.
  6. 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  8. 1 cup of milk.
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Coverage:
  10. 1/2 cup whipping cream.
  11. 200 g of chocolate to melt. Instructions:
  12. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  13. Beat the butter and sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
  14. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  15. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  16. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Add the vanilla.
  17. Pour the mixture into a greased mold and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  18. For the topping, heat the cream in a saucepan until it is about to boil. Remove from heat and add the chocolate, mixing until smooth and shiny.
  19. Once the cake is cool, pour the chocolate icing over the top.
