HONEY CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients :
500g cream cheese
1 unit of skimmed yogurt
5 ud of egg
2 tbsp of honey
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Preparation :
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with the yogurt and beat with a rod until it is creamy.
3. We add honey and lemon juice and continue to beat well.
4. We integrate the eggs little by little with immersive movements.
5. We processed everything with the mixer to obtain an even finer and smoother cream.
6. We greased a circular mold and spilled the cheese cream.
7. We bake for 45 minutes until the cake is well curdled and lightly golden around the edges.
8. We take out of the oven, let cool and demolish.
